Job Description:
- Answering calls and interpreting information to set up a claims script for Auto Insurance process
- Establish a communication framework, method and frequency to ensure that customers expectations are managed
- Ensuring a high level of quality as defined in the Critical Success Criteria
- Accurate investigation of the claims process by engaging both internal and external parties
- Possess good product knowledge to identify opportunities to increase product density
