Job Description:

  • Answering calls and interpreting information to set up a claims script for Auto Insurance process
  • Establish a communication framework, method and frequency to ensure that customers expectations are managed
  • Ensuring a high level of quality as defined in the Critical Success Criteria
  • Accurate investigation of the claims process by engaging both internal and external parties
  • Possess good product knowledge to identify opportunities to increase product density
